As an entrepreneurial enthusiast, Brim-X founder Chaitanya witnessed the spectacular impact of some of the most highly promising startups. He asked himself why do founders build incremental startups, how do we inspire them to build impactful, world-changing startups and what role do investors, accelerators and incubators play. The answer—instilling a moonshot mindset into the psyche of the greater startup ecosystem should be prioritised has led to the evolution of Brim-X.
How do we prioritise impact rather than incrementalism? The answer—moonshot thinking first, product development next.
The lack of a 'determined system' in place at large venture capital firms, incubators and accelerators presented an opportunity to start anew and build a 'Moonshot Catalyst' company of the 21st century focused on exponential thinking, customer discovery & validation. And in 2023, Brim-X was founded to adapt the best of customer discovery processes to the art of moonshot building.

Founder - Innovation, Strategy & Execution
Chaitanya is a strategy consultant with 10+ years of experience in business model generation, customer validation, customer generation and grasping market trends. He has coauthored whitepapers on international regulations and their comparatives in India. He had actively campaigned for better consumer protection regulations that help create an entrepreneurial level playing field.
Aruna Chava
Founder - Customer Discovery & Validation
Aruna is a housewife and an entrepreneurial enthusiast - right from from her college days. She has supported, mentored and inspired several successful entrepreneurs who have gone on to build reputed pharma and advertising enterprises. Despite being busy with children and the household work, she has actively participated several entrepreneurship workshops and has been a member of several industry associations including, but not limited to, organizations like the Association of the Lady Entrepreneurs of Andhra Pradesh ( ALEAP).
Dr Rao Vadlamudi
Co-founder - Ideation, Strategy & Planning
Dr Rao is the immediate past president of the Commonwealth Pharmacists Association. In an illustrious career spanning over three decades, Dr. Rao has the unique distinction of excelling in both academics and the pharmaceutical industry. In 1984, Rao Vadlamudi started his career at UDCT, Matunga, Mumbai, and during a career spanning 35 years, he worked in academia as well as in the Pharma industry in various capacities.
Rameesh Kailasam
Advisor - Strategy
Rameesh is a renowned policy strategist, was until recently the acting managing director of APCO Worldwide. He also had stints at IBM, Oracle and Centre for Good Governance with the government of Andhra Pradesh. In 2015, he was awarded the Young Achiever award by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, under Ministry of Corporate Affairs for his work towards promoting Good Governance at Government and Corporate levels.

Dr. A S Durga Prasad is an accomplished executive with over 37 years experience in Financial Management and Cost Management in variety of industries. Practicing as Management Consultant for the past 30 years and experience includes Financial Advisory Services, strategies and business development for SMEs and different sectors including, Pharmaceuticals, Infrastructure, IT, Discreet Manufacturing etc. and providing cost management systems and MIS systems for large number of units.
Stephen Sen

Stephen has served as Judicial Officer in the Andhra Pradesh Information Commission and has been standing counsel to Standard Chartered Bank, Hyderabad and other companies. is a graduate of St. Stephen’s College, Delhi and has an LLB and LLM degree in Law from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He enrolled as an Advocate in 2002 and has been in practice since then. He has been invited as Guest Lecturer in various Institutions. He is also senior consultant with Human Dynamic Pvt. Ltd with clients such as Google Inc and Hewett-Packard (HP).

Rabjoth is a strategy consultant and a business development expert. Rabjoth has immense experience in data analytics. Rabjoth is very passionate about helping firms improve their sales performance and increase their market footprint. Earlier, Rabjoth has headed the credit control department of Global Data. He has headed operations in GE Genpact, Mashreq Bank and Sterling Publication Group.

Bejon Misra
Bejon Misra is a reputed consumer policy expert, researcher, and activist. He is known for his advocacy work on consumer rights and public health, and has been associated with various non-profit organizations working in these areas. Misra has also served on various government committees related to consumer protection and healthcare policy. He is a vocal critic of the food and pharmaceutical industries, and has been involved in several high-profile campaigns to improve the quality and safety of consumer products in India.

Madhav is the Founder & President of the Entrepreneurship Cell. He guides a team of 75 students, orchestrating over 100+ events that fueled the campus' entrepreneurial spirit. As a core member at MLRITM NSS UPES, he actively recruited volunteers and worked tirelessly to improve the lives of the underprivileged.
Co-founder - Business Model Design and Innovation
Bhargava V V
Bhargava has a multifaceted passion in testing business models, building MVPs & recruiting an A+ team. He has been the founding team member at Goodclap - a goodness ecosystem with crowdfunding at its core - started operations in March 2018. He has headed the campaign operations and collaborations there.
Previously, he has notable experience in marketing and adverting for a solar mounting structures company; also, was a founding member at the Amazon US and UK Last Mile logistics team.
